Return and exchange are subject to goods provided for by the legislation of Ukraine (Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article No. 9).
In the case of using or accruing PM CLUB bonuses when purchasing a product, which it was decided to return or exchange, such bonuses are not refundable, unless the refund was due to the fault of the Seller or if a defective product was sold. The user is refunded the money paid for the Product minus the bank commission and the commission of the PM CLUB Application.
To apply for a refund, you must:
- To issue a return / exchange of goods in accordance with the conditions of the Seller of the goods, information about such registration is posted on the seller's website;
- Receive confirmation of the successful execution of the return or exchange operation;
- Send us a message regarding such a return by sending an e-mail specified in the “PM CLUB” Attachment;
- In the event that the refund was due to the fault of the Seller or if a defective product was sold, the bonuses are returned to the User's account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

Since bonuses are accrued for the amount in UAH, both when paying for goods and services at full cost, and when using bonuses, their difference N will be returned to the PM CLUB account according to the formula:
