Is there a gym?
PM Fight Academy has a modern gym equipped with everything you need for physical self-improvement: weight-block trainers, exercise bikes, treadmills, barbells and dumbbells, TRX loops and other equipment.

How does the gym work in a COVID environment?

In the context of increased quarantine restrictions, a visit to the PMFA is possible in the presence of a negative PCR test (valid for 72 hours), a COVID certificate or a certificate of recovery.

Is there a guest visit?
Yes, there is for existing clients of the club with Light or Global cards for 6 and 12 months. Cards for 6 months provide 1 guest visit, cards for 12 months - 2 guest visits.
A guest visit is a service that allows a current client to invite a guest to attend a workout with them. The guest can either train independently in any zone of the club, or attend 1 group training of his choice according to the current schedule. The guest is a non-existent or former client of the club, and has not yet visited the club on a guest visit.
Also, the club has a rule of the first trial group training free of charge for everyone. Provided that you have not previously worked in the club and have not visited it with a guest card.
To get to know PM Fight Academy, you can attend one group training session of your choice for free, including using the sauna after class (does not apply to self-training in any area of the club). If you are not interested in group training, the club can offer a 1-day card.
How much does a one-time visit cost?
For a single visit, you will need a 1-day card. This card provides the opportunity to attend one group training session of your choice, according to the current schedule, or to train yourself using any zone of the club for training. The cost of the card for 1 day is 350 UAH.
How much does personal training cost?
The cost of personal training depends on the category of the trainer and varies in price from 500 to 1100 UAH for 1 training. You can use clip cards for 5 or 10 personal workouts. Buying packages is more profitable, since the video already includes a 5% and 10% discount, respectively. The cost of a clip for personal training is calculated based on the category of the coach you have chosen.
Is there parking and is there enough space?
Between the Marmelad shopping center and the Arcadia shopping center there is a three-tiered free parking lot, where all guests and clients can park their car without any problems. There is enough space at any time.
How long is a personal training session?
Personal training is an activity with a personal trainer according to an individually designed program, focused on the needs of the client, taking into account his previous sports experience. A workout can last from 60 to 70 minutes, depending on the direction, intensity of the workout itself and the program developed by the trainer individually for each client. In most cases, personal training lasts 60 minutes, but in the direction of martial arts, it may take a little more time.
